I love newborns. Everything about them makes me melt! Their baby smell and total squishiness (is that a word??) is pure bliss. Isa was no exception. 🙂 She had the most dainty fingers, beautiful features, and chubby rolls!
A fellow photographer friend of mine, Bekah, has been interested in newborn photography and asked if I could “show her the ropes” – we both had such a blast! We discussed how to interact with/prepare the new parents, how to find the right light, different kinds of set-ups, camera settings, posing, vendors, and the list goes on. Turns out, I LOVE mentoring! It was so great to see the “light bulb” go off for Bekah during the session! I loved it. And I loved Isa. Even if she did poo on *all* of my blankets! 😉
